All orders are shipped on Friday afternoons. Dispatch typically occurs within one business week, depending on current stock levels. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.


Return & Exchange Policy

Defective or Damaged Items

We offer a 30-day return policy for any manufacturing defects or items that arrive broken or damaged. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

Repairs After 30 Days

After the initial 30-day period, we provide a repair service for the lifetime of the product. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and any replacement parts required.
